　　Job Vacancy for Volunteers in Kaihua National Park

　　一、招募原则

　　公开招募、自愿报名、择优录取。

　　二、招募对象及名额

　　面向全球招募3-5名开化国家公园园丁

　　II.Job Vacancy

　　Looking for 3-5 Volunteers in Kaihua National Park

　　三、服务地点

　　开化古田山国家级自然保护区。

　　III. Working Place

　　Gutian Mountain National Nature Reserve in Kaihua.

　　四、报名条件

　　1、18—65周岁，身体素质好，吃苦耐劳；

　　2、具备一定野外生活和工作经验；

　　3、有一定的语言文字能力，有敏锐的观察力和感受力，具有较强的传播能力，有独到的见解，乐于分享所见所闻.

　　拥有以下条件者优先：

　　1、具有一定生态环保、科普旅游领域专业背景或经历；

　　2、写作、摄影能力较好，有一定的新媒体发布能力。

　　报名时间：截至2015年8月10日

　　IV.Basic requirements

　　(1) Age 18-65, in good physical fitness, with strong perseverance;

　　(2) Have wild life and work experience;

　　(3)Skillful in writing, keen observation and feeling, strong communication skill, with unique opinion and willing to share experience.

　　The one with following conditions is preferred:

　　(1) with Eco-environment protection, tourism education background or working experience;

　　(2) with good photography skill and skillful in using the new medias.

　　五、服务时间及内容

　　1、服务时间：由邀请方协调安排，每期5天。

　　2、服务内容：

　　保护区巡护，如巡山、红外相机监测、鸟类监测等；

　　野生动植物查看，如观看森林变化；

　　进行科普宣传；协助护林员、科考人员工作，不会安排危险岗位。一般来说，多半时间是空闲的。园丁可以根据自己的职业特性、专长领域，自行开展相关活动——保护区工作人员在这时会协助你。

　　3、提交园丁日志(含图片、视频)。

　　V. Working time and content

　　1.Working time: Arranged by inviter, 5 days per term.

　　2.Working content

　　Patrol in the Reserve, such as patrol in the mountain, Infrared camera monitoring, birds monitoring .etc;

　　Wildlife observation, such as observation on the forest change;

　　Publicity of popular science; assistance for forest rangers and science people(no danger jobs arranged). Generally speaking, most of time is free. Volunteers can arrange the job according to your job characteristics and expertise by yourself, and the staff of the Reserve will assist you.

　　3. Submit the volunteer’s log(photos and videos).

　　六、服务保障

　　1、为参加服务的园丁提供岗位培训、购买服务期间人身意外伤害保险、签订安全协议、提供服务期间的食宿。

　　2、服务结束后，领取园丁津贴3000元/人。

　　同时，颁发纪念证书或纪念勋章(牌)，并可获得一套“家庭(3-4人)畅游开化国家公园旅游通票”。

　　我们将根据你的园丁日志制作微信、微博，同时你也可以利用自媒体等其他平台发布，我们将选取阅读量最高的一条微信给予额外奖励(比如每1000阅读量奖励10元，即阅读量10万奖励1000元，上不封顶)

　　VI. Guarantee

　　1.Training for volunteers recruited, personal accident insurance,Security Protocol and accommodation during the working time.

　　2.Allowance of RMB 3,000 per person after the job.

　　At the same time,issuing commemorative certificate or commemorative medal (Licensing), and tickets for scenic spots in Kaihua National Park for family(3-4 persons).

　　We will make wechat and microblog according to your volunteer’s log, and you can publish it with other medias. We will award bonus for the wechat read by most people (for example, RMB 10 for 1000 READ, that means, RMB 1000 for 100,000 READ, and no cap )
